SERVE
Once you’re plugged in at Christ the King Church, there are plenty of opportunities for you to serve God and his people here. In fact, we expect that members will always be exploring opportunities to work out their faith in practical ways. Some avenues of service may seem natural, others may stretch us, but all should be done with prayer, appropriate patterns of rest, reliance on the strength of God (not of ourselves), and done for His glory (not our own!). To discuss current opportunities to serve at The Source, or if you have specific questions on ways to serve through your time and energies, send us a message!

AREAS TO SERVE
Audio / Visual
Our A/V team meets before service on Sunday mornings to manage the soundboard and projector slides, as well as to record the sermons.
Building & Maintenance
Our maintenance team works behind the scenes to keep our church home well-maintained for us before Sunday service and other events.
Children's Ministry (Elementary)
Volunteers work with CTK KIDS! (grades K-5) as the main teacher or as an assistant teacher.
Children's Ministry (Toddlers)
Our volunteers work with CTK KIDS! (2-4 years) as the main teacher or as an assistant teacher. Drop-off begins at 8:45.
Finance
Finance team members create monthly reports, as well as meet after service every Sunday to sort our offering box.
Hospitality
Our hospitality team arrives before service to set up and provide refreshments, as well as greet people as they walk in.
Prayer Ministry
Our prayer team prays together for the congregation every weekday Tuesday & Thursday morning from 7:30 - 8:00 am via group phone call.
Set Up / Tear Down
Our set up / tear down team does just that; comes early and helps set up everything needed for the service, and tears down right after!
Worship (Music)
Worship team members rehearse prior to service and help lead the congregation in musical worship. Morning rehearsals begin at 7:30 am.
